Service Cancellations

Subscription Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
• Upon cancellation, you will maintain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing period
• All your data will remain accessible for 30 days after the end of your subscription

Data Export

• Before cancellation takes effect, we recommend exporting all your projects and data
• After the 30-day retention period, your data may be permanently deleted from our systems

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refunds

• New subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase
• Incorrect charges or billing errors
• Service unavailability exceeding our SLA guarantees
• Pre-paid annual subscriptions (pro-rated for unused complete months)

Non-Refundable Items

• Usage fees for consumed API calls or compute resources
• Custom development work or consulting services after delivery
• Third-party integration fees or services
• Partial months of service usage
• Subscriptions active for more than 14 days

Enterprise Customers

Service Level Agreement (SLA) Credits

• Service credits issued for SLA violations are applied to future billing periods
• Unused service credits expire after 12 months
• Service credits are non-transferable and have no cash value

Special Circumstances
